People Management Skills Workshop
Jubilant Biosys Limited believes in developing responsible, accountable and responsive leaders. Leadership is encouraged at all levels. In order to assist the process of leadership development Biosys partnered with Mr. Aswath Ramaiah of Unique Consulting to deliver an high impact program which taught aspiring leaders Team Management, Influencing various people & stakeholders, understand communication tactics and make decisions in a balanced manner using data. The programs were well appreciated by the attendees and more such programs are scheduled in the future across Biosys.

TECHNICAL SEMINARS
In order to build skill and learn about new developments in the field of science and technology the Jubilant Biosys Limited Bengaluru team organised technical seminars that were conducted by senior colleagues. The two seminars were by subject matter experts who shared their knowledge. Such sessions are not available in the training market hence these seminars and workshops help expand knowledge and stay on top of current technological advancements. The two seminars & their presenters were:
- Dr. Vinod Nayak of Discovery Biology delivered a session on Cryo-EM in Structural Biology and Drug Discovery
- Dr. Naveen Madhyastha of Discovery Chemistry delivered a session on CYP Induction
