Chairmen’s Annual Awards 2022
The 8th edition of the Chairmen’s Annual Awards was celebrated on November 10, 2022 through a grand virtual event joined by colleagues from across the globe.
From offices and facilities in India at Ambernath, Bengaluru, Bharuch, Gajraula, Noida, Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Nira, Roorkee, Savli, Nanjangud and Mumbai, our overseas colleagues in Montreal- Canada, Yardley, Salisbury and Spokane in the US, Belgium, Germany and Italy in Europe, Singapore, Japan, China, UAE and South Africa, the platform brought the Jubilant team together. This year again the teams joined each other on a single virtual platform to celebrate and appreciate excellence together.
A memorable and inspiring evening: The virtual event was made memorable by insightful conversation between our Chairmen, and industry expert from BCG, the CEOs sharing their personal journeys in the first of its kind chat shows for CEOs, and other mesmerising, entertaining and power packed performances by our colleagues from different businesses. Despite being a virtual event the energy of the platform was unmistakable.
Transparent & Methodological process: The Chairmen Annual Awards go through a very methodical and transparent process of nominations & evaluation, to ensure that only the truly deserving win. The individual and team award winners are selected through multiple reviews by panels at site, business and corporate. The group awards’ evaluations were done by external panels comprising of industry and subject matter experts.
This year the Award received 382 nominations with a total of 1800 employees participating. 509 employees were chosen as winners in different categories.
Group Awards Winners: While Acetyls- Jubilant Ingrevia won the Business of the year award, The Manufacturing Site of the year Award was won by the Jubilant Ingrevia – Nira site, the Scientific/R&D Site of the Year Award was won by Jubilant Biosys - Bengaluru, and the Function of the Year was won by EHS- Jubilant Pharma.
Celebrating the Triumph of Excellence and Hard work at Jubilant:
The Chairmen’s Annual Awards was introduced in 2009 as part of ‘Applause’ –Jubilant’s Rewards & Recognition program. The Award is a yearly platform representing the highest honour for all Jubilant employees. It celebrates and recognises brilliance, innovation, perfection and teamwork through performance and achievements for individuals, teams and groups and carries immense pride and joy for all.
Excellence Awards at Amity University
Mr. Harneet Singh Sethi, and Ms. Aarushi Sinha, full-time students of MBA Class of 2022 have won the award for Entrepreneurial excellence and Human Resources excellence respectively.
Every year, the coveted award recognizes students with outstanding performance in academics, industry interaction and contribution in extracurricular activities during their tenure as a student at Amity Business School.
