1. Health Camp in community villages under LIC-Health Aarogya project

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation under its LIC-Health Aarogya Health Project is catering to 15 villages for Health services. A school camp was organized wherein 80 students were provided regular check-ups which included height, weight, BMI, Hemoglobin check. The students were also given an awareness session on Hygiene and Sanitation and ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

2. Basic Computer Awareness Training in HP WOW Bus

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in partnership with HP has been implementing a digital initiative through its Wonder On Wheels (WOW) project in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The HP WOW project provides sessions on basic computer literacy, covering a whole range of Microsoft applications which is very beneficial in day-to-day life.

Currently this project is running in Khubbanpur Village of Roorkee. The total beneficiary count is 51 students in 3 batches. They are students of class 8th & 9th standard of the village government school. We have received a good response and interest from the school management. Looking forward to registering more students for the classes.

3. Health service in the community, Roorkee

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in partnership with LIC HFL Health Aarogya Project, has done 1249 OPDs in the month of October 2022 covering 15 villages.

4. Heath service support in Block Level School Sports

The Block Education department of Bhagwanpur, Roorkee had requested JBF for health service support for Block Level Sports Day for 2 days in the month of October 2022. First Aid service was given to students injured during the sports event.

5. Diwali stall in collaboration with Self-Help Groups

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in collaboration with the Nation Rural Livelihood Mission set up stalls with the help of Self-Help Groups. These stalls had hand-made items such as diyas, jute bags, storage bags, home decor, candles and much more. The total sale for the stall was Rs. 8500 for 2 days.
