8th CII Industrial Intellectual Property Awards 2022
Jubilant Pharmova has won ‘The CONFEDERATION OF INDIAN INDUSTRY (CII) SPECIAL APPRECIATION AWARD 2017-2022’ under the Patents category during the recently held 8th CII Industrial Intellectual Property Awards 2022 due to our: a) Patent compliance practice b) Patent Strategy and c) Patent portfolio d) excellent track record on ensuring Patent compliance on commercialised technologies and products across all Jurisdictions. All major Indian Chemical, Life sciences and Pharmaceutical companies applied for this prestigious awards.
Award Evaluation:
- The award nominations were evaluated on about 30 key IP evaluation parameters by a jury chaired by Dr. Ramesh A Mashalkar (Former Director General, CSIR) and other senior jury members from IIT, National Law University, WIPO, Indian Govt./Ex Controller General Patents and others.
- Earlier, team led by Senior Director and Head-IPR Dr. Dinesh Kumar successfully addressed all queries from jury members on Patent compliance practice of Jubilant Pharmova and subsidiaries (Jubilant Pharma, Jubilant Generics, Jubilant Draximage and Jubilant Therapeutics) and received award on behalf of Jubilant Pharmova.
