Christmas Celebrations
We celebrated Christmas on 23rd December 2022, and employees dressed up in either white or red. Our Jubilant Santa surprised the employees on the floor with sweets. Our employees Mr. Sinjo Joseph, Mr. Ashish Mirajakar, Mr. Gunashekar C G & Mr. Tony created a beautiful Crib with the available materials which glorified our atrium whereas the snowman was created out of paper cups

The New Year is celebrated around the world with excitement, enthusiasm, and joy. We @ Jubilant celebrated this New Year with Hi-Tea with employees. Employees enjoyed the new year party with snacks with new excitement and resolutions.
Six Months Journey of 'ON AIR'
On AIR! 'An informative talk Show'. Started in the month of July 2022, has completed Six months of shows till Dec 2022. The objective of this talk show is to create an interactive platform where Jubilant Biosys Limited Colleagues share their personal and professional Journeys with us.
Jubilant Biosys Limited Noida & Greater Noida Sites Welcomed The New Year 2023 in A Unique Way
The Jubilant Biosys Limited Family of Noida and Greater Noida welcome the New Year 2023 in a rather unique way. The Leadership Team set up a stage announcing the dawn of the New Year and then all leaders, heads of department, team and group leaders came forward one by one and gave their special new year wishes to all colleagues who had gathered at the cafeteria. The wishes from the leaders were on the personal front and how the leaders saw Jubilant Biosys Limited grow in 2023 and cross bigger milestones and achieve higher business numbers. The leaders also asked all colleagues to give safety and quality the prime focus in their work in 2023. Some colleagues recited poetry with some witty and sparkling slogans and anecdotes. After the event there was an unlimited supply of ladoos which were relished by all who attended the event. The attached photographs capture the spirit of the event.
Launch of The Second Edition of The Jubilant Biosys Limited Calendar
In 2021 – the Jubilant Biosys Limited HR team had organised a photography competition for which more than 300 entries were received from Jubilant Biosys Limited colleagues. A panel of judges led by Dr Prasant Deb – who himself is an expert wildlife photographer- judged the submitted entries. 12 entries were selected and they were printed in a table top calendar format in 2022. The copy of this calendar was quite sought after and each colleague was presented with a copy of this calendar. Towards the end of 2022 some colleagues requested the HR team to again run the same competition and we received over 200 plus entries. Once again 12 of the best have been published in a table top calendar format for 2023 by the HR team. Some of the award winning photographs that were selected are attached with this article.
