As the New Year 2023 dawns, I wish each and every one of you, including your families, a Happy, Safe & Prosperous New Year 2023!
I would like 2023 to be a year when we as Jubilant & Citizens of the World:
- Continue to respect the personal and professional space of all colleagues at the workplace & mankind in general and thus create a world where we respect diversity in a larger perspective.
- Create a more inclusive company & society which is made of colleagues of different nationalities, different cultures, different expertise and with respect for different ways of thinking. I believe that by actively listening, owning solutions and in addition to highlighting matters and issues transparently with an intent to solve, engage younger talents and encouraging them to bring new ideas will make Jubilant a more capable, agile and successful company and the world a better place for all mankind.
- Build a connection through honesty and transparency: where a workplace encourages honest & supportive behaviour which then promotes the overall well-being of colleagues.
