Activity 1. Basic Computer Awareness Training in HP WOW Bus

HP WOW Bus Digital Project caters to children, youth and other needy section of the society by providing digital literacy. In Roorkee, 44 new children were registered for the Computer awareness classes.

A new village Khubbanpur was also included in this project. The government schools in these villages were made a part of the digital literacy classes.

Activity 2. Health Camps for children during school sports

The mobile dispensary project LIC-Health Aarogya organized Health Camps in Bhagwanpur village for 3 days. Sports event was being organized here and there was a request from the Block officer to provide healthcare support to the school students.

1. Har Aangan Mein Ped.

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation as a social responsible organization. it’s giving maximum importance to the education sector. As a part of Muskaan monthly activity calendar Jubilant Bhartia foundation as distributed 453 saplings for 4th std to 8th std students from our 10 Muskaan schools. the main objective of this program is generate awareness to children about environment.

2. Distribution of First aid kits and items to Muskaan schools.

Jubilant Bhartia foundation as distributed 10 first aid kits to 10 Muskaan schools of Nanjangud on 30 July 2022. First aid is the initial treatment and this will help the school premises to safety and also awareness.

3. Inauguration of Toilets at Govt., Girls college Nanjangud.

Govt., Junior Girls college Nanjangud includes more than 1700 girl’s student but due to lack of Infrastructure facility. Based on the request from college authority Jubilant Bhartia Foundation as constructed toilets for college students. This was inaugurated by Mr. Sundar Ganesh, Vice President and Unit Head of Jubilant Pharmova limited, Nanjangud handing over keys to principal. In this program Mr. Subrahmanya. A Director of H R Dept. Jubilant Pharmova limited, Nanjangud, Mr. Chandra Shekhar Babu, Principal and Mr. Mahesh Athikhane, Law college Assistant Professor, VV college, Mysore Mr. Deepak. S, Manager-Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Mr. Pradeep Kumar NS. Senior Executive Officer-Public relations. Mr. Adarsha Nidhi J Assistant Manager –CSR, Mr. Vinay Raje urs, field officer –CSR and college lectures and students were present in the program.

4. Muskaan core committee meeting at GHPS Geekhalli

JBF Muskaan core committee meeting was organized at GHPS Geekhalli and Byalaru In this core committee meeting we had discussed about celebration of Independence day and monthly Muskaan activity.

5. Sendoff to Muskaan school Head Master.

Farewell to Mr. Mallappa, Head master of Govt., HPS Sujathapuram was retired from the service in the month of June so Farewell program was organized at GHPS Geekahalli on 25 July 2022. During his service he had made many development work in the school premises.

6. Celebration of Independence day- Azadi Ka Amruth Mahostav.

75 Independence Day was celebrated on 15/08/2022 in a grand manner and across all schools in and around the company in association with Education department, SDMC, School administration, village leaders and gram panchayat members.

Every Indian proud moment that 75 independence day As a proud moment Jubilant Bhartia Foundation celebrates Azadi ka Amruth Mahostav in our 10 Muskaan schools by conducting various competition on patriotic subjects and on 15th August 2022.

JBF as distributed prizes for the winners and also we have rewarded the best students by Giving Prathibha Puraskar awarded those who are scored highest, total 75 students from 10 muskaan schools as received Prathibha Puraskar. Mr. Subrahmanya A, Director, HR dept., Mr. Ravi Kumar B, Senior Manager, HR dept. Sane Gowda N J, Manager- Security and other Company executives and union office bearers supported by their active participation. Their gracious presence while hoisting the tri color flag in all schools made the function a grand success. A total of 10 schools were covered during this auspicious occasion.

7. National flag stitching at Uniform stitching center

As per the request from the Taluk panchayat, Nanjangud and Nanjangud Municipality office , Shri Siddappaji Holigegara Swa Sahaya Sangha (Supported by Jubilant Bhartia Foundation) has received the order of 30,000 national flag for stitching.

8. JUBIFARM project chapter-3

In order to support agriculture Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has started JUBIFARM Project. Through this project we started distributing 100 fruit saplings to each farmers for free of cost, so later when the plant starts growing fruits it will be a source of income to the farmers for their livelihood and it will be a greater contribution by Jubilant Bhartia Foundation to environment (Nature). Till now we have distributed 208 farmers from 9 Villages in and around Nanjangud.

9. TB Volunteers training program

After the post Covid -19 lockdown tuber Culosis as increased 19% in the country. So as a social responsible organization Jubilant Bhartia Foundation as started ‘No TB ’Campaign in association with Government health department, Nanjangud .so as a part of it Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has organized TB Awareness session for college students (TB volunteers). The session was headed by Mr. Hanmantharaju, supervisor Govt., TB dept., Mysore in the programme. Mr. Deepak. S, Deputy Manager –Jubilant Bhartia Foundation. Total no of Volunteers is 12.

10. TB Awareness program

As a social responsible organization Jubilant Bhartia Foundation as joined “End TB Campaign so in association with Govt., health dept., Nanjangud JBF as selected 38 volunteers. through this 43 volunteers JBF as provided awareness to 5482 villagers in Nanjangud taluk.

11. Certificate distribution program at SD&VTC.

In order to generate & develop the skills in youths of Nanjangud Jubilant Bhartia Foundation as started JBF Skill development & Vocational training center at Nanjangud. In SD & VTC Jubilant Bhartia Foundation is offering various courses like Basic computer, tally, DTP, Internet, Kannada typing, tailoring & tailoring design, kutchhu, making Soap oil & Phenyl making which are benefit to participants to create self-employment. In continue in the present fy 2022-23 JBF as started Beautician course in the month of April. So on 23 July 2022.

JBF as organized beautician course certificate distribution program. In the program Mr. Mahesh Athikhane, Assistant professor, V V law college, Mysore. Mr. Chinnaswamy TP, Head master GHPS Geekhalli, Mr. Deepak. S Manager, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation. SD & VTC staffs and candidates were present during the program. Total 20 students have completed the beautician course.

12. Stitched Uniform supply to 800 pairs to Govt., Junior Girls college, Nanjangud.

As per the request from the college administration Shri Siddappaji Swa Sahaya sangha (SHG supported by Jubilant Bhartia Foundation) as stitched and supplied 800 pairs of college students uniform in a low cost.

13. Honour by kallahalli village leaders to company officials

The development works conducted by Jubilant Bhartia Foundation at kallahalli village, the village leaders of kallahalli as honored the company higher officials.

14. Booster dosage vaccination camp at kallahalli village

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in association with Government health department Nanjangud as conducted Covid booster vaccination dosage camp at kallahalli village on 20-07-22. Total 99 villagers are benefited from this camp.

15. Supported Chikkayanachatra Hobli level sports competition:

We had supported Kasaba Level Sports Competition at Nanjangud organized by Govt. Higher Primary school, Maralooru On 19th and 20th of Aug 2022.

Children from 14 schools were participated in the competitions (Total 750 children) during this sports competition. The various competitions like Athletics, Long jump, High jump, Kabaddi, Volley ball, Throw ball etc…. were conducted in this competition.

The Inauguration program Mr. BN Raju, Block Education officer, Nanjangud, Mr. Mahesh, Block Resource Person, Nanjangud, Mr. Dharmaratnakara, President, Taluk teacher’s association, Nanjangud, Mr. Somesh, Secretery, Taluk teacher’s association, Nanjangud, Mr. Deepak Mr. Adarsha and Mr. Vinay Raje Urs CSR Staffs others school Head Master, teachers and villagers and students were present during the program. Out of 13 games, 3 games teams are selected for District level sports competition, More Than 312 students won the prizes.

16. Supported Kasaba Hobli level sports event.

As per the request from the Government education dept. Nanjangud. Jubilant Bhartia Foundation as supported Kasaba Hobli level sports event at Nanjangud. on 7th of Sept to 8th of Sept 2022 and the sports event was organized at Govt., Junior boy’s college Nanjangud. In the program. Mr. BN Raju, Block Education officer Nanjangud & from company side Mr. Raghavender Rao Desai, Director-Analytical Research Dept. Jubilant Pharmova Limited. Dr. Chethan Patel, Associate Director –R&D dept. Jubilant Pharmova Limited. Mr. Mahesh, Block Resource Person, Nanjangud, Mr. Shivkumar, Taluk Physical education officer, Nanjangud, Mr. Mahesh, SDMC, President, Karalapura, Mr. Dharmaratnakara, President, Taluk teacher’s association, Nanjangud, Mr. Raju Swamy, Vice president, President, Taluk teacher’s association, Nanjangud. Mr. Deepak. S, Manager, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Nanjangud. Mr. Adarsha Nidhi J, Assistant manager-CSR, Mr. Vinay Raje urs Field Officer –CSR and other Education dept. were present during the program.

Children from 36 schools were participated in the competitions (Total 900 children) during this sports competition.

The closing ceremony function Held on 20th of Aug 2022 Mr. BN Raju, Block Education officer, Nanjangud others school Head Master, teachers and villagers and students were present during the program. More Than 312 students won the prizes.
