1.THANK YOU WEEK- 2022 AT JUBILANT BIOSYS LIMITED
In 2021 Jubilant BIOSYS Limited started a unique practice of colleagues thanking each other and the support staff for their contribution and support during the year gone by. Hence the concept of Thank You Week was introduced. Over a fixed five-day period, each day is allocated to thank the following categories of colleagues:
- Colleagues or Team Leaders Thank their Respective Teams: This was done via teams collecting in the cafeteria over burgers and ice creams and thanking each other
- Colleagues Thank their Line Managers: This was done by way of a large A3 card created for each line manager and team’s members writing messages of thanks on this large card
- Thank you Support Staff (Security, Lab Assistants, House Keeping etc): This was done at all sites by way of a sit down lunch in which the food was served by senior leaders and other colleagues at the site. A separate write up on this event is enclosed.
- Thank you Peers: This was done by way of Balloon cards that were distributed and colleagues then filled in their personal thank you messages and exchanged the same.

1. Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrated with Tradition, Color and Respect at Jubilant BIOSYS Limited Bangalore
The Bengaluru site of Jubilant Biosys Limited celebrated Ganesh Chathrthi with tradition, colour and simplicity.
The ceremonies started with the establishment of the Ganesha Idol and pujas thereafter. Site colleagues dressed up in their traditional best for the ceremonies. Colleagues decorated the office areas with bright and colourful rangolis and participated in the daily poojas that were held till the day of the immersion.

1. HR LIVE : HR HELPDESK
The HR Team of Jubilant BIOSYS Limited Noida and Greater Noida sites organized HR LIVE : a unique program where employees could approach the complete HR Team at a fixed location for on the spot resolution of any issue or matter they may have. All sub functions of the HR team came together to create this event. Counters were created at both sites that covered HR Documentation, Recruitment, Reimbursement, HR Policies etc. In this 4 day event around 300 plus queries were addressed at both sites.

2. Award Ceremony for Applause Winners
The HR Team of Jubilant BIOSYS Limited Noida & Greater Noida site organized the Award Ceremony for Applause Winners on 9 September 2022 at the Greater Noida site. The Leadership Team of the site led by Dr Prasant Deb (Vice President & Site Head) and other leaders gave out the prizes to the Applause Winners of the past quarters. The photographs appended with this note captures the spirit of the event.
3. Jubilant BIOSYS Limited Talent Acquisition Event in Hyderabad
The Talent Acquisition Team of Jubilant BIOSYS Limited visited Hyderabad from 16 to 19 September 2022 to conduct Employer Branding events and secure talent for the business.
Around a month before the actual event a detailed social media marketing campaign was launched where via e posters, posts on Twitter, LI etc the talent pool in Hyderabad was informed of the dates and venue of the talent acquisition camp.
A prominent city hotel was booked well in advance and standees, posters and corporate AVs of various kinds were played on a large screen as the candidates awaited their turn to be interviewed.
The science panel had senior scientists of Noida and Greater Noida who had travelled to Hyderabad along with the TA team. They were also given Employer Branding booklets that contained information on employee benefits, the leadership profiles of the Jubilant BIOSYS Limited management team and a compendium titled Frontiers of Science that contain recently published articles as authored and published by Jubilant BIOSYS Limited employees.
In the Hyderabad Talent Acquisition Camp held over 2 days saw 200 plus candidates walk in to be shortlisted and interviewed. For those who made the merit cut offers will be sent shortly.

1. A Very Special Event: Thank You Support Staff
Jubilant BIOSYS Limited Noida, Greater Noida and Bangalore sites held their annual Thank You Support Staff event. This event was started in 2021 post Covid to recognise all support staff in roles such as security, housekeeping, lab operations, housekeeping, stores etc for their loyal service to the company. The event held on different days across the three sites saw a talent show by the support staff where some incredible song, dance and mimicry shows were put up the support staff.
This was followed by a round of games held by the HR and Admin teams that included balloon bursting, sticker make up, musical chairs and a quiz. The event MCs are members of the HR and Admin teams for all these events. There is a special stage sound setup with all venues decorated with balloons and other decorative items.
The highlight of this function is the formal welcome at the main gate of the venue with roses and a welcome drink followed by the lunch service where the support staff sit and it is the leaders from Jubilant BIOSYS Limited across levels who lay the tables and serve the food to the support staff. This function is one which is a part of the Thank You week celebrations across Jubilant BIOSYS Limited sites however for the support staff one entire day is specifically set aside to be celebrated in this format.
