The HR team of Jubilant Biosys Limited, Noida and Greater Noida restarted the new employee induction program in March 2022. Face-to-face sessions were stopped due to COVID-19 earlier. Around 400 new employees joined Jubilant Biosys Limited, Noida and Greater Noida sites since October 2021 and hence a physical induction program was needed for them. In the induction program, functional & science leaders of the site took various sessions on HR processes, policies & POSH policy & guidelines, EHS training, admin and facilities support & policies, IT, IPR, Lab Instrumentation, Finance, Analytical, SCM and BD.
These sessions were interactive and with the less use of PowerPoint Presentations it was ensured to encourage lively interaction between the audience and the presenters. Till date, nearly 200 employees have been covered at the rate of two sessions each month. The HR team plans to pick up the pace and conduct more such sessions as the number of new employees is fast growing.
