JUBICARE PROJECT
JBF launched the JUBICARE (Health) project with a tele-medicine application post Covid-19 phase to promote healthy living. Through this project, JBF is providing health services like door-to-door delivery of medicines to patients.
In April, the total no. of beneficiaries were 924.






FAMILY HEALTH CARD REGISTRATION
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation as conducted Family health card registration at Kallahalli and Debur Village total no of Beneficiary is 293. Under this project, JBF distributed new ID Cards to all the villagers.


EDUCATION
EDULAB PROJECT TRAINING PROGRAM AT NAGAMMA GIRLS SCHOOL
JBF believes that education has the power to bring social change in the society that is why maximum focus is given towards the development of education sector. JBF established 8 Edulabs (Computer Lab) in Nanjangud taluka which helps the rural Government School children to get Digital Literacy and knowledge.
On 23rd April, a training was conducted for seven school teachers of Edulab project. The training was given by Mr. Randeer Singh, Project Manager -Education Inclusion, Mind Spark and he gave complete information about the organisation and how the software works. The Mind Spark software has been created after through research in various schools.
During the session, teachers were given live demo session. During the programme, the Mind Spark team members - Mr. Vikas Narang, Software Installation Team - Education Inclusion, Ms. Siri Shetty, Education Inclusion, Ms. Arusha. R, Education Inclusion, Mr. Deepak. S, Manager – CSR, Mr. Adarsha Nidhi J, Assistant Manager - CSR and eight teachers from six schools - Mrs. Veena SR -Head Mistress - GHPS Nagamma Girls, Mrs. Vidyavathi, Head Mistress - GHPS Sujathapuram, Ms. Jayalakshmi - Teacher GHPS Chamlapurahundi, Ms. Misbha Amreen – Teacher, GHPS Maraluru, Ms. Jyothi - General KT, Teacher GHPS Korehundi, Mr. Chethan Sharma - Debur Cluster resource person, Mr. Jnanesh Teacher - GHPS Nagamma Girls, Ms. Hemavathi - Head Mistress, GHPS Kathwadipura were present during the training sessions.






ASTRONOMY LAB AT ADARSHA VIDYALAYA, DEBUR
To promote science education amongst the rural government school children of Nanjangud taluka, JBF in association with Spark Astronomy Pvt. Ltd. established Astronomy Lab at Adarsha Vidyalaya School Debur. The lab is well equipped with the instruments related to space astronomy. The labs serve as a great platform for the schoolchildren to learn Astronomy which is the general field of natural science concerned with celestial objects including Solar System, Galactic and Extragalactic objects.





SKILL DEVELOPMENT & VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE, NANJANGUD
In 2008, JBF started Skill Development and Vocational Training Center at Nanjangud. Through this training center, JBF trains the candidates in various trades like basic computer knowledge, Tally, DTP, Kannada language typing, internet, tailoring, kuchhu, soap oil, phenyl training etc.
There were 165 admissions in the month of April 2024.








RURAL DEVELOPMENT
ROAD AND DRAINAGE WORK AT URS STREET - KALLAHALLI VILLAGE
The local residents from Kallahalli villages reached out to JBF for the support post which the road and drainage was improved at Kallahalli village. Upon completion, the residents applauded the support from JBF to the community.




CONSTRUCTION OF RO WATER PLANT
On the request from the MLA and villagers of Kathwadipura and Chamlapurahundi, JBF onstructed 2 RO water plants in association with Debur Gram Panchayat and City Municipal Council, Nanjangud. This plant will provide access to the clean drinking water to the villagers.


BUSH CLEANING WORK AT KALLAHALLI
Under Rural Development project, JBF conducted several community development activities in Kallahalli. One of the drive was cleaning of vast bushes at Kallahalli village and the back side area of Unit 1.


RENOVATION OF KALLAHALLI PUMP HOUSE
Based on the request from the Kallahalli villagers JBF renovated Kallahalli Pump House by installing new pump and renovating the building with the electrical work. The work was greatly appreciated by the villagers.

MOBILE DISPENSARY PROJECT
JBF has undertaken several initiates to provide proper medical facilities to the communities. Under this project, JBF is providing health services at a very nominal rate of Rs. 20 per patient in 15 villages of Yehlanka taluka of Bangalore (Arebannimagala, Gollahalli, Singahalli, Mahadevakodegehalli, Hoovinayakanahalli, Yediyuru, Bandikodegehalli, BK Palya, Boilanahalli, Mylanahalli, Kaderapanahalli, Hunasuru, Gopalpura, Marlkunte and Manchapanahalli villages).
Everyday the JBF mobile dispensary team visits three villages to provide the health services to the villagers. Last month 889 patients were benefited.




HP CLAP PROJECT
JBF conducts HP CLAP Training at regular intervals for the schoolchildren and the village youths at Hoovinayakanahalii village and Mahadevakodigehalli village. Total 75 students have undergone this training. This platform is greatly beneficial for the kids as they are exposed to the technology and how it can greatly impact the career advancements.
