Jubilant Biosys proudly unveils state-of-the-art-labs in B-Block at Chemistry Innovation and Research Centre (CIRC), Greater Noida, dedicated to drug discovery and advanced analytical labs. This facility marks a pivotal advancement in Jubilant Biosys’s commitment to excellence as we continue to solidify our position as the leading trusted partner in science, offering comprehensive CRDMO solutions.
The inauguration ceremony which took place on 9 May, 2024, was graced by the presence of senior leadership team. As Mr. Giuliano Perfetti, CEO & MD, CRDMO said, “The unveiling of this new facility signifies a pivotal milestone in our growth strategy and reaffirms our commitments to our customers, demonstrating an unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional science”. The CIRC embodies these principles, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Our industry fundamentals remain incredibly strong, driven by the global need for new and effective drugs. This new facility not only enhances our capabilities in drug discovery and development but also capitalises on the Bio Secure Act, which provides us with significant advantages in biosecurity and research.
With ample capacity available for on boarding FTEs at a pilot scale and scaling up for strategic collaboration, we are fully prepared to assist our partners at every juncture of their journey, from conceptualisation to commercialisation.
EARTH DAY CELEBRATIONS BY JUBILANT HOLLISTERSTIER
Jubilant HollisterStier celebrated Earth Day to promote the strides JHS has made in sustainability, and to fortify the safety culture within the company on 22 April 2024 at the Andrew Rypien Field Parking Lot
Around 300 colleagues came forward for a plantation drive and providing information on the strides in JHS’s sustainability, while giving out prizes to promote outside activities like basketball, basketball hoop and ready to plant flowers and plants.
To fortify the safety culture within the organization, several information booths were set up for the employees to engage with specialised vendors and learn about PPE, First Aid/AEDs’ practices, fire extinguisher practices.
The event highlights were quiz shows, safety related games and the Ice-cream truck.
LEADERSHIP ACADEMY PROGRAMME AT JUBILANT BIOSYS, GREATER NOIDA
Jubilant Centre for Learning launched its first leadership academy at Jubilant Biosys Limited, Greater Noida. The programme called ‘Excelerate - The Transition Excelerator’ aims to equip our first-line managers with the essential managerial skills enhancements.
This 12 months journey is a combination of workshops, mentorship and peer learnings for unparalleled growth. It would also expose them to the insights, wisdom and collaboration opportunities. The first step of this journey started with 25 participants enrolling in the two-day workshop on 19 - 20 April 2024.
The programme was very interactive and provided an opportunity to engage with the experiential learning activities. The participants experienced a positive effect that helped them to understand the various techniques of managing their team and drive them towards the organisational goals.
LEADERSHIP ACADEMY PROGRAMME AT JUBILANT BIOSYS, BANGALORE
Jubilant Biosys Limited, Bengaluru launched the first batch of Leadership Academy programme called Edge – Unlock Your Potential on 9 - 10 May 2024. The two-day workshop had 26 Individual Contributors with the key objective of cultivating self-awareness, drive for results and enhance emotional intelligence.
During the two-day workshop, the individual contributors learned a variety of key behavioral competencies crafted for self-awareness and providing the right mindset to perform well in their roles. The participants were equipped with a diverse tool-kit to navigate the complexities of their work environment with confidence and agility, which would ultimately help them play a vital role in the success of the organisation.
Towards the end of the programme, the participants observed remarkable transformation as they imbibed the concepts and started applying what they have learned through Jubilant Centre for Learning.
