Deepavali Festival Celebration
On the eve of Deepavali festival & to boost the morale of we had organized Competitions like Talent Show & Best out of waste for all our employees on 10th & 13th Nov’23, Around 12 teams (a team of 2 employees) participated in each competition & Prizes were distributed on the day of Lakshmi Pooja.
Program on Managerial Effectiveness
We had organized training Program on ‘Managerial Effectiveness” for the 1st batch of the People Managers on 21st Nov’23.
The workshop enables participants to nurture key managerial qualities and understand different managerial styles to impact people and their performance. The managers implements its learnings in building strong relationship with his / her team members.
Jubilant Parivar Day
We celebrated our Jubilant Parivar Day’2023 during Mid of November’2023 with great enthusiasm, definitely it was one of the memorable day in the lives of the employees and the family members of Jubilant Pharmova. Like every year, this year too employees children excel by giving best & colorful performance on the stage which we will cherish forever. Further, cceremoniously we honored our Employees for their long association with Jubilant family. As a whole, The day was full of excitement, joy, music, laughter and Happiness.
Kannada Rajyothsava Competition
We celebrated the Kannada Rajyothsava with the vibrancy of the yellow and red colour state flag, in traditional attire with a great enthusiasm on 30th Nov’23. We had invited guest of honor from the Kannada educational institution Colonel Prof. Dr. Y.S.Siddegowda, Vice Chairman, KSHEC, Bengaluru & Mr. Magu Basavanna, Head Master of JSS High school, Sutturu. Also, we honored our employees children who have excelled in 7th, 10th & 12th in KANNADA Examination & the children studying in neighboring Government schools who have scored highest marks in 10th std. kannada language, felicitated Non-Kannadigas who have served long years in our organization & prizes were distributed to the winners who participated in competitions like Kannada essay writing, Pick & Speak on kannada topics & Collage making of Kannada culture, district wise.
