HR Team launched the continuous learning program 'Catalyst'. With this program we aim to ignite the passion for learning & promote ongoing development – both personal & professional.
We successfully completed the first session on “Successful Managers”, on 29th August 2023. The session aimed at helping people managers understanding & overcoming the challenges of team managing & team building.
We had an in-house facilitator Mr. Yusuf K Hashmi, Head IT Security, who enthusiastically shared his deep knowledge of effective team management.
The session had a great participation across functions at corporate office.
