Celebration of World Environment Day
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF) in association with Muskaan core committee has organised celebration of World Environment day at government higher primary school Sujathapuram on 14th June 2023. On the occasion, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation organised the awareness session and distributed the prizes for drawing competition winners from 10 Muskaan schools. During the program Mr. Shivalingaiah (Block Education officer, Nanjangud), Mr. Subrahmanya (Director-HR, Jubilant Pharmova Limited), Dr Sripathi V Aithal (Cheif Medical Officer, Jubilant Pharmova Limited), Mr. Kishore Kumar Shetty (Senior Manager–EHS, Jubilant Pharmova Limited), Mr. Mahesh (Block Resource Coordinator, Education , Dept, Nanjangud), Mr. Shiva kumar (Taluk Physical Education officer, Education Dept., Nanjangud), Mr. Mallikarjuna (Director –Mid day MealsNanjangud), Dr. Chetan Sharma (Cluster Resource Person, Nanjangud), Mr. Deepak, (Manager –Jubilant Bhartia Foundation), Mr. Chinnaswamy TP & Ms. Radhika (BR-Muskaan committee coordinator), Mr. Adarsha Nidhi J, (Assistant Manager-CSR, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation) and other Muskaan school Headmasters/Headmistress (HMs), SDMC president and school children were present during the program.
Drawing Competition on the Eve WED Activity.
As a social responsible organization Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in order to create awareness on environment protection and the special occasion of World Environment day with the Theme of Beat Plastic, organised drawing competition at 10 Muskaan schools. Total 528 students participated in the drawing competition.
Sanitization and Hygiene Awareness Program at Debur School.
Health is wealth for all, as a part of health activity Jubilant Bhartia Foundation organised sanitization and hygiene awareness program at upgraded government higher primary school Debur on 22/6/2023. The session was headed by Dr. Tejas Chandra (Medical Officer –JBF) and Ms. Sindhura BN (staff Nurse –JBF). During the awareness program the importance of cleanliness and hand washing was facilitated. At the occassion the albendazole tablettos were also distributed to 120 Children. At the above said occasion, Mr. Puttaraju (Head master of UGHPS Debur), Mr. Ravikumar (Physical Teacher), Mr. Deepak. (Manager Jubilant Bhartia Foundation), Mr. Adarsha Nidhi J, (Assistant Manager-CSR, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation), and other school teachers and school children were present in the program.
Celebration of International Yoga day at Debur schools.
Under school support program JBF organised Yoga day at Govt. Higher Primary School Debur on 21/06/-2023. The program was initiated with prayer by school children, and the program was anchored by Mr. Puttaraju. (Head Master). Mr. Nanjunde Gowda, (Yoga Instructor) and Ms. Asha, (Yoga Instructor, Nanjangud).
The importance of Yoga was explained at the event. Moreover, personality development games for children and teachers were organised. Total 120 and above students were participated the Yoga day.
Muskaan Core Committee Meeting at Govt., HPS Korehundi.
As a social responsible organisation, Jubilant Bhartia foundation always believes that education is the only tool to eradicate all the evils in the society. In order to create a better learning environment at rural govt., schools of Nanjangud, JBF had organised Muskaan core committee. During the meeting all 9 schools HM’S were present.
World on Wheels (WOW Project).
In order to support digital learning, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has started World on Wheels(wow)project. In the month of June, through this project we have trained 565 Govt. Higher students.
Skill development and Vocational Training Center at Nanjangud
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has established skill development and vocational training center at Nanjangud in the year 2008, till today through SD & VTC, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has provided skill based training to more than 15000 students. JBF is providing basic computer, tally, Desktop Publishing (DTP), beautician, tailoring, ary work, mehndi, soap oil and phenyl making, summer camp etc. In month of June, total admissions are 142.
JBF Medical center at Nanjangud
In order to provide better health facility to rural villages of Nanjangud, JBF has started JBF medical center at Kallahalli and Debur village. The Primary Health Centre (PHC) is providing health services to surrounding villages. in the Month of June JBFMC as provided health services to 1041 patients.

Basic Computer Awareness Training in HP WOW Bus
HP WOW Bus project caters to children, youth and other needy section of the society by providing digital literacy. In Roorkee currently we are conducting ongoing basic Computer Awareness in Dada Patti, a village near Jubilant plant in Roorkee to all the School students, college students and other young people from the community. We have targeted 1 government school in Dada Patti village. Each batch undergoes a 1-month training workshop to increase Computer Awareness. HP WOW Bus project is also inclusive of SHG ladies and is promoting women empowerment. In the month of June 2023 a total of 25 students in 2 batches were benefitted from this training.
Soochnapreneur Yojana Camp in Hallumajra village
On 10th June 2023, Tabassum (Soochnapreneur) from Hallumajra village had organised a Yojana camp under Soochnpreneur Project-Digital Empowerment Foundation. Benefits like Pan card, Aayushmaan card, E-shram card and much more were provided to the community people. This also boost the income of the Soochnapreneur. There were total 45 beneficiaries who received benefit from the Yojana camp.
WASH awareness session in Chappur and Khelpur village.
On 22nd June 2023, the Jubilant Bhartia Foundation team Roorkee, organised an awareness session on the topic Water and Sanitation Hygiene. This was a much needed session as the hygiene level in villages is very low from childrem to adult group. Hygiene is important in all aspects as it leads to a healthy lifestyle. Topics like water reuse, food hygiene, water sanitation, personal hygiene, vector borne diseases were covered.
The villagers benefitted a lot from the session, it will help them to lead a better and healthy life in future and make them free from all diseases.
Grand Dental Camp in Roorkee
On 25th June 2023, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in partnership with LIC HFL Limited organised a grand dental check-up camp in Family Dental Clinic, Roorkee. The camp was inaugurated by Shri. Pradeep Batra, MLA (Roorkee). Total 50 OPDs were conducted in this health camp.
The camp offered free consultation with the doctor and facilities like dental filling, tooth removal, dental cleaning, Root canal treatment at very subsidized rates.
