EMPOWERING WOMEN: THE PIONEERING CSR INITIATIVES OF JUBILANT BHARTIA FOUNDATION

To celebrate the spirit of International Women's Day 2024, the Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF) honoured the indomitable spirit of women both within the workforce and the community. The foundation's commitment extends through impactful social programs focused on health, education, and livelihood, designed to foster an environment where women can thrive and contribute equally in all spheres of life.

The event held on March 6, 2024, at the JBG Corporate Office in Noida, was graced by the senior leadership of the Jubilant Bhartia Group (JBG), alongside notable project partners from the Sakha Foundation and Ekta Foundation. The session, themed 'Showcasing Women Empowerment beyond Organisation,' was inaugurated with a keynote address by Mr. Shantanu Jha, Group CHRO of Jubilant Bhartia Group. The address, themed around the topic of #InspireInclusion, set the tone for the day’s discourse. Ms. Vinita Koul, Head of HR at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, further underscored the significance of diversity in her speech to the assembly.

The highlights of the event were the powerful testimonials from women involved in JBF's special projects, such as the #Sakha electronic bike riders and participants of #DidiKaDhaba. These women shared their transformative journeys toward self-reliance, sparked by their engagement with the foundation’s initiatives.
