Women’s Day Celebrations
Jubilant Biosys Limited, Bengaluru celebrated International women’s day at the office on March 8th, 2023. We gathered and encouraged each other. We celebrated with a lot of fun games, special lunch, and gifts.
Holi with a Cause
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF) provided an opportunity to the employees at corporate office to spread the colour of joy in the lives of marginalised section of society.
JBF initiated a Holi Stall at the Corporate office on 2 March 2023 and & 7 March 2023 respectively. The women of the community hand made the products including colours and displayed it on 2 March. The products made by inmates of Tihar Jail as an attempt to earn dignified livelihood were showcased on 7 March.
The employees of Jubilant came forward and bought these handmade items to support the livelihood of people to sustain their life with dignity.

International Women’s Day Celebration at Biosys Noida & Greater Noida
Jubilant Biosys Limited’s Noida and Greater Noida offices, celebrated International Women’s Day on 3 March 2023 on account of 8 March also being the holiday for Holi.
A city hotel was booked as the venue, with a grand stage and DJ setup.
The function started with all women colleagues being welcomed by the site leadership team members of the Noida / Greater Noida site. A bouquet and a goodie bag was presented to each lady as they entered the function hall.
In the foyer, some specially invited NGOs working in the area of women and child development had put up their stalls. During the function breaks the ladies went to these stalls to purchase handicrafts, home-made jams and pickles, recycled cloth products etc from these stalls. There were selfie booths located across the venue where women colleagues clicked pictures while holding pla-cards with various theme centric messages on them.
The function saw a talent show where the ladies read poems written by them, danced to popular film tunes and read out inspiring literature passages written by them.
The highlight of the function was the Biosys Superwoman Awards which was presented to around 20 women colleagues who were nominated by their peers for exceptional achievements in their personal and professional lives. Winners of these awards included those women colleagues who fought critical illnesses, overcame financial and other personal hardships in their early lives to today become the successful scientists and professionals today. The narratives for each awardee was read out by their colleagues and the HR team. Some of the achievements of some women colleagues moves members of the audience to tears but made us all incredibly proud of such women colleagues.
The function saw an International Women’s Day Quiz and a DJ session towards the end.
