Down the Memory Lane: 100 Editions of Symphony

It feels like just yesterday when about 15 years back in 2009, Symphony (an internal e-newsletter) was instituted as a single platform bringing together news and updates from businesses, functions and people. Symphony orchestrated the efforts of the company and its people to collaborate and the exchange information to build a community unifying teams and efforts across the diversity of businesses.

The Leadership talks, informative pieces and editorials, aimed at revitalizing and unifying the Company as ONE. Employees share their hobbies, interests and achievements through Symphony resulting in increased camaraderie and inspiration for other employees.

Bringing its 100th edition is both thrilling as well as moving as it reflects long journey of togetherness, support for each other, hard-work and zeal. Launched as a bi-monthly newsletter, Symphony today is a monthly newsletter and the platform is responsible for connecting people through information from businesses, offices, manufacturing facilities and its communities where we extend our support across the world. This remarkable journey of 100 editions has seen various evolutions too, strengthening the newsletter and bringing it in its current form.

With the changing times, Symphony is also adapting itself to enhance and simplify the user experience with the help of technology. From a static PDF file to now an interactive online module, its accessibility has increased from only computers to now mobiles and tablets too. Initially people could only access it through LAN and now it can be seamlessly accessed from anywhere in the world.

Like a musical Symphony, this newsletter can only be created through the orchestrated efforts of all the people. The ideas, suggestions and contributions of readers play a critical role in continuing it as a single thread uniting the people.

With your affection and support, we look forward to many more refreshing editions of Symphony in the years to come.

Happy Reading!
